Neighborhood Features

Follow the road from City Lights around the bend and arrive at Wolf Ranch Town Center with shops like Sephora, Pier One, Kohls, DSW, and Target, or you can pop over to the Round Rock Outlets just South of you on I-35.

Feed your need for adventure at Lake Georgetown where you can take up trail running, kayaking, wake boarding, or camping. There is something for everyone here. Parks abound in Georgetown and you can find playgrounds, playscapes, soccer fields, baseball fields, swimming holes, and swing-sets at San Gabriel Park.

Schools

Depending on where you live in Serenada, your children will go to either Ford or McCoy Elementary school.  Your Middle School child will go to Benold and your high schooler will attend Georgetown High.

Why We Love It

Serenada is a peaceful well-established neighborhood with deer and trees a-plenty. Living in Serenada provides the illusion of getting out of town without ever having to leave. There are no HOA’s in Serenada and those who live there love being able to stretch out and relax but also have the convenience of the shops, restaurants, parks, and eateries  that make Georgetown such a great place to call home.
